Who We Are

The Elizabeth Education Foundation was founded in 1998 as a Colorado nonprofit corporation to support the Elizabeth School District teachers, students, and community.

Purpose: The purpose of the foundation is to provide additional services and educational programs to further educational excellence, supplement existing programs and create new, innovative programs where district funding is not available.

Mission: The mission of the foundation is to enhance the educational process and opportunities for all students, teachers, employees, parents and community members in the Elizabeth School District.

The foundation has supported teachers and students of the Elizabeth School District by providing teacher grants, graduating senior scholarships and STARS (Students Taking Accountability And Responsibility Seriously) awards. Students have been recognized and honored for their individual outstanding achievements. The EEF has been self-funded through various fundraising activities and grants.
