What: The EEF is a nonprofit supporting the Elizabeth schools providing teacher grants, graduating senior scholarships & STARS (Students Taking Accountability and Responsibility Seriously) awards. A percentage of the proceeds are donated to the Elizabeth Education Foundation!

How: Visit the food trucks in the Elizabeth High School parking lot between 2:00-8:00pm & mention the EEF Spirit Day/Night.
